Utility Workers Union of America Local 127 represents utility workers across Wyoming, with our hall in Casper. We are affiliated with the AFL-CIO and committed to safe workplaces, fair wages, and strong contracts.

Local 127 covers classifications across generation, distribution, clerical, and support roles in Wyoming’s utility sector. If you work in the utility trades and want a voice at work, we’re here for you.
Leadership & Structure
Local 127 is run by members, for members. Officers and Area Representatives are elected on rotating terms. Executive Board Stewards and Assistant Stewards provide day-to-day support in each work area.
